Camilo Cortés

Camilo Cortés is the tax partner of the firm and has more than 18 years of experience in advising Colombian and international companies in tax issues. Mr Cortés has dealt with the tax, exchange and foreign investment issues related to the purchase and sale of companies, mergers and acquisitions, intra-group restructuring, project financing, tax planning and aspects of the day-to-day activities. Mr Cortés has been a lecturer of tax law and the specialisation of tax law and has contributed with articles for specialised publications.
