Among others, Fulvio represented DaimlerChrysler in its sale of Chrysler to Cerberus, The AES Corporation in its US$1.8 billion unsolicited offer for EDC, Sidor Ternium in its US$1 billion and US$1.8 billion financial restructurings, EDC in the issuance of its US$260 million Notes due 2014 and McDonald’s Corp. in its US$700 million sale of approximately 1,600 franchises in Latin America and the Caribbean (selected as one of the top three deals in its category in LatinLawyer’s Deal of the Year 2007). He has been considered one of the top corporate/M&A and finance lawyers in Venezuela by Chambers Global and was considered one of the top Venezuelan lawyers under 40 by Latin Lawyer. He graduated summa cum laude from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (1990). Fulvio Italiani worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 1993 to 1996.
