Carolina Zang

Carolina Zang joined Zang Bergel & Viñes Abogados in 1996, and has been a partner of the firm since 2008. She leads the finance and capital markets group involved in top international capital market transactions, derivatives operations, corporate finance and debt restructurings. She has also vast experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.
Ms Zang also worked at the national legal department of the Secretariat for Natural Resources and Human Environment, and at Chadbourne and Parke in New York. She graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (with honours) in 1995, and obtained an LLM at the New York University School of Law, in 1998.
Ms Zang is former chair of the IBA Real Estate Committee and a member of the Advisory Board of the Law Firm Management Committee. She is also coordinator of the IBA LARF Young Council, a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers and the NYU Law Argentine Chapter Representative. Ms Zang also chairs the Corporate Law Committee of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
