Diego Rojas has been a member of the firm since 1995. He graduated from Marlborough College, Wiltshire, England in 1989 and then obtained his law degree with an honors distinction from Universidad Católica Boliviana Law School in La Paz, Bolivia and was admitted to practice in 1997.

Mr. Rojas holds a Post Graduate Degree in Corporate Law from the Universidad Andina Simón Bolivar, La Paz, Bolivia, a Post Graduate Degree in Oil and Gas Law from the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Santa Cruz, Bolivia and holds a Masters in Law (LL.M) from the University of Chicago Law School, where he won an award for Negotiation Skills.

Mr. Rojas has several publications related to Bolivian Banking Regulations, Social Security, and Securities in the Electronic Stock Exchange, the South American Common Market, and Securitizations in Bolivia, Gas Regulation and the Bolivian Oil and Gas potential.

Mr. Rojas worked as a Foreign Associate in the Corporate and Securities Division of Epstein Becker & Green P.C., New York and as a trainee at Holland & Knight, LLP in New York. Mr. Rojas also worked as Senior Attorney for BG Bolivia Corporation (Suc. Bolivia). C.R.&F. Rojas Abogados partner.
