Fernando Eduardo Serec

Fernando Eduardo Serec – Head of the Litigation and Arbitration practice groups. Graduated in 1985, from Mackenzie School of Law, São Paulo. LL.M. in Civil Law from University of São Paulo. Studied at the Academy of American and International, Dallas, 1993. Author of various articles about arbitration, civil procedure and litigation matters. He has broad experience in the areas of international litigation and arbitration. He has handled international arbitrations in Brazil, US and Europe before all major international and local arbitration institutions.  Subjects of these arbitrations have included M&A transactions, joint venture agreements, infrastructure projects, insurance coverage, construction contracts, distribution agreements and intellectual property, among others.
