Michael Fitzgerald is a member of Dewey & LeBoeuf's Executive Committee, serves as Chair of the firm's Latin America Practice Group and Corporate Securities Group, and is Global Co-Chair of its Corporate Finance Practice Group. Mr. Fitzgerald has represented a wide range of international and domestic underwriter and issuer clients in debt and equity financing transactions and merger and acquisition activities. He has been especially active in Latin American financial markets.
