Sergio Fagundes

Fagundes was an attorney at Castro, Barros, Sobral e Gomes Advogados from 1996 to 2000, and at Preto Advogados from 1994 to 1996. He joined Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão Advogados in June 2000, and became a partner in November 2008. Education: Specialisation in Corporate Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP), 2002; and in Business Law from the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) COGEAE, 1999; Law degree with concentration in Business Law from the São Paulo University (USP), 1993. Memberships: Brazilian Bar Association; São Paulo Attorneys’ Association (AASP); and Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT). Languages: Portuguese, English.
