Monique Mavignier

Mavignier was a trainee at the Federal Attorneys’ Department (AGU), from 1995 to 1997; and lecturer of Corporate Strategies, Taxation and Succession Planning at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, São Paulo (FGV). Co-author of “Incorporação de Controlada: A Disciplina do Art. 264 da Lei nº 6 (Editora Método, São Paulo, 2005). She joined Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão Advogados in June 2001, and became a partner in 2007. Education: Business Law specialisation course at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ), 1999; Law degree from the same university, 1997. Membership: Brazilian Bar Association.
