Claudia Schulz

She was an international associate of Finnegan, Henderson, Farrabow, Garret Garret & Dunner in 1999. She is a member of the comitê de estudos sobre marcas famosas e diluição of the International Trademark Association (INTA). Schulz has authored: Industrial Design Protection in Brazil, Industrial Design Rights - An International Perspective, International Bar Association (2001); and the Brazilian chapter on International Protection of Intellectual Property, issued by Dennis Campbell (Center for International Legal Studies, june 1998). She has been a partner of Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão Advogados since November 2008. Education: continuing studies in Intelectual Property at the Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, New Hampshire, US (1996); and in Law School at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) (1995). Membership: Brazilian Bar Association; Associação Brasileira da Propriedade Intelectual (ABPI); International Trademark Association (INTA); and the Pharmaceutical Trademark Group (PTMG).
