Born in São Paulo, Brazil, 26 November 1952; admitted to Bar, 1975, Brazil. Education: University of São Paulo, School of Law (LLB 1975); University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Member of the Legal Committee of Abrasca, the Brazilian association of publicly-owned companies and ABVCAP, the Brazilian association of private equity and venture capital. Partner of the firm since 1985. Within her practice areas, she has participated in many large transactions, authored several articles, given numerous speeches and often been included by well-known and reputable international publications in the list of leading lawyers in Brazil.
