Eduardo represents financial institutions, multilateral organizations, equity sponsors, hedge funds and corporate clients in complex financing transactions, including project financings (with experience of wide range of infrastructure and energy transactions), acquisition financings, out-of-court restructurings, asset-based loans, structured trade finance and private placements. He is member of the Linklaters’ Energy and Infrastructure Global Project Finance Group. Eduardo has also worked extensively at Linklaters LLP New York with a particular emphasis on Latin American financial transactions. He has a master’s degree at Duke University, LL.M and has been elected by Chambers Latin America and PLC Which Lawyer as one of the leading project finance lawyers in Brazil.
