Kevin Michael Altit

Kevin Altit has advised clients in different industries, including public concessions, infrastructure and oil & gas, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, shareholders disputes, as well as corporate and debt restructuring transactions. Mr. Altit has also acted as board member of several companies, both in Brazil and abroad. Prior to joining the firm, he acted as general counsel of companies in the petrochemical, energy and water/sewage industries. Mr. Altit joined the firm in 2002 and became a partner in 2004.
