Marcelo Ricupero advised domestic and foreign clients, including listed companies, in several mergers and acquisitions over the past 10 years, has acted in cross border transactions and private equity deals. In addition, Marcelo also represented issuers in equity securities offerings in the domestic and international markets. Fluent in English.
