Fábio Rosas

Fábio Rosas – Partner in the Litigation, Tax Law and Restructuring and Insolvency practice groups. Graduated from the Law School of Catholic University of São Paulo in 1993. Studied at the Academy of American and International Law, organized by the Center for American and International Law, in Dallas, Texas, USA, in 2007. Member of the Brazilian Center of Judicial Studies and Research, the Brazilian Institute of Management and Turnaround, the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals, and the International Insolvency Institute. Co-author of the Brazil chapter in the book “The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Corporate Recovery and Insolvency 2008”, Global Legal Group, 2008.
