Juan Pablo Schwencke

Founding partner of Aninat Schwencke & Cía, Mr Schwencke practised in Latin America, the United States and Europe. Mr Schwencke specialises in mergers & acquisitions, project finance in the railroad, energy and infrastructures sectors, banking, insolvency and debt restructuring, antitrust, taxation, construction and labour matters, and has counseled many domestic and international corporations, banks, financial institutions and multinational organisations. Mr Schwencke also serves as board member of Young & Rubicam Chile, Hill & Knowlton Chile, CAF Chile, Balfour Beatty Chile and Cranberries Austral Chile.

Mr Schwencke graduated from the Universidad de Chile School of Law and completed a Master of laws (LLM) at Columbia University School of Law, New York.
