Florencio Bernales

Education: Universidad Católica de Chile, School of Law, Santiago, (LLB, 1983); Diploma on International Commercial Arbitration by Universidad de Chile and Santiago Chamber of Commerce (2007). Course on labour proceeding by Universidad del Desarrollo (2009). Admitted to the Bar in 1985, in Chile. Member: Chilean Bar Association. Languages: Spanish and English. Practice areas: litigation under private and public laws, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, and insolvency. He heads the Litigation Department.
