Cristián Herrera

Education: Universidad Católica de Chile, School of Law, Santiago (LLB, 1993); UC Berkeley School of Law, California (LLM, 1999). Admitted to the Bar 1994, Chile. Member: Chilean Bar Association and International Bar Association (IBA). Languages: Spanish and English. Practice areas: mergers and acquisitions, commercial and corporate law, and foreign investment. He is a professor in Corporate Law at the Universidad Católica de Chile, and at the Masters in Business Law of the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
