Admitted to the Bar 1983, Chile. Member: Chilean Bar Association, International Bar Association (IBA) and American Bar Association (ABA). He is also member of the Legal Committee of Amcham Chile. Languages: Spanish, English and French. Practice areas: banking law, corporate finance, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions. He heads the finance and banking department at the firm. He also practises in telecommunications and information technology and in the areas of arbitration and mediation, being an arbitrator and mediator for the centre of arbitration and mediation of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago.He participated in the foreign lawyer program of Cleary Gottlieb in New York. He is currently an associate professor of the Master in Business Law program of the School of Law of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, in Santiago.
