Education: Universidad de Valparaíso School of Law, Valparaíso, Chile (LLB, 1982). Admitted to the Bar 1985, Chile. Member: Chilean Bar Association, American Bar Association (ABA) as foreign associate, International Trademark Association (INTA), Pharmaceutical Trade Mark Group (PTMG), Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) and Licensing Executive Society (LES). Languages: Spanish and English. Practice areas: trademarks, intellectual property law, and litigation. He heads the IP department at the firm. He lectures on Intellectual and Industrial Property at Universidad Católica de Chile, Universidad Finis Terrae and Universidad Alberto Hurtado.
