Ramón Domínguez

Mr Domínguez is the head of NLD’s litigation and labour departments. He has recognised and out-standing experience in civil, commercial and labour litigation, and in labour matters.

He has been a teacher of Introduction to the Law, of Ethics and of Environmental Legislation in the School of Law of the Universidad de Concepción and professor of Civil Law of the Universidad San Sebastián. He has also been an assistant professor of Civil and Procedural Law in Universidad Católica de Chile and teacher of Civil Medical Responsibility in the Universidad de Los Andes. Mr Dominguez is also former president of the Pro Bono Foundation in Concepcion.

He graduated from Universidad de Concepción Law School, Chile, LCJS, in 1992 and he is admitted to the Chilean Bar.
