William Araque Jaimes

William is co-director of the Disputes Resolution and Investment Protection strategic business unit and leads the Litigations and Commercial Distribution area. He has more than 25 years of professional experience and is a known litigator at Colombian courts. At Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta he has acted as plaintiffs and defendants counsel in more than 20 cases relating commercial distribution and commercial agency disputes. He worked for more than 10 years at the Litigations Department of Baker & Mckenzie and as partner of Zuleta & Partners where he led the litigation department for more than 5 years.
