Patricia Arrázola Bustillo

Patricia directs the Corporate strategic business unit and is a member of the M&A and Natural Resources groups. She graduated from Universidad del Rosario with graduate degrees on Corporate Law from Universidad Javeriana. She has more than 21 years of professional experience. As partner of Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta, she has conducted mining companies and estates acquisitions as well as corporate transactions and privatizations on the energy distribution industry. Patricia provides daily advisory to companies such as; Unísono, Empire Coal, Termobarranquilla, Termocandelaria and Prosegur, among others. She was included in the inaugural edition of “Best Lawyers” (Colombia) on Corporate/M&A and Natural Resources.
