Ricardo Fandiño de La Calle

Ricardo is Co-director of our Banking & Finance strategic business unit with 14 years of experience. He studied at Universidad del Rosario, focusing his graduate studies on financial and derivatives regulations. Ricardo has represented issuers and international banks on various local and international securities placements and on cross-border derivative for over US$8 billion. He acts as counsel to several private equity funds and works in several project finance, financing and cross border investments deals. Ricardo was Professor on finance law at Universidad del Rosario and Externado. He has been invited speaker at ISDA, Colafi-FELABAN, World Derivatives Forum, ASOBANCARIA, among many others.
