He is an attorney from Universidad de los Andes and has a graduate degree on Constitutional law from Universidad Javeriana. He has more than 18 years of professional experience. He is a CIPP member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the International Technology Law Association. He is included in Bogotá’s Chamber of Commerce arbitrators list. Formerly Deputy Justice to the Constitutional Court, he has been a speaker on governmental procurement, privacy and constitutional matters.
