Jaime Robledo Vásquez

Jaime is a member of the M&A, Banking & Finance and Corporate strategic business units. He is an attorney from Universidad de los Andes and earned an LLM graduate degree from Columbia University. He is admitted to practice law both in Colombia and the State of New York. With more than 12 years of professional experience, Jaime has a wide experience on M&A transactions of public companies. As partner of Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta, Jaime led the acquisition of Union Fenosa and the subsequent divestiture of EPSA to Colinversiones, and the take over of Organización Terpel by Promigas, among others.
