Germán Villamil Pardo

Germán is the director of the Natural Resources strategic business unit and member of the Corporate and M&A groups, where he leads the foreign exchange and international investment regulation areas. He graduated from Universidad de los Andes and has a graduate degree on Tax law. He has more than 25 years of professional experience, working at the Colombian Central Bank for more than 10 years where he held the position of General Counsel. He is a member of the Mines and Oil Institute. In addition, he is included in the list of arbitrators of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.
