Eduardo Zuleta Jaramillo

Eduardo co-directs the Disputes Resolution and Investment Protection strategic business unit. Has acted as counsel, chair, co-arbitrator and sole arbitrator in international commercial arbitrations under ICC, ICDR and UNCITRAL rules and in investment disputes under ICSID and UNCITRAL. Professor international commercial contracts and international arbitration. Vice Chair IBA Arbitration Committee; Chair Americas Initiative of ITA; member LCIA; member Latin American Arbitration Group of ICC and of ICC Task Force for Review of ICC Rules. He has a law degree from Universidad del Rosario; masters degree on Financial Law from same law school; studies in International Dispute Resolution University of London (Queen Mary).
