Luis Carlos Neira Mejía

Permanent advisor in legal structuring and negotiation of financing structures, mergers, acquisitions, privatization projects and concessions as well as other State contracting projects. He also advises clients in matters of project financing and joint venture agreements. In addition to the foregoing, he is recognized as practitioner in private law and particular in mining and oil law, maritime, aeronautical and energy law. Mr. Neira has been university professor in the commercial law professorship position at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada and is a member of important Board of Directors. He was Executive Secretary of the Asociacion de Agentes Marítimos (Maritime Agents Association).
