He is specialist in administrative law matters and has participated in privatisation projects of the energy sector, telecommunications services concessions and contracts with the state. Similarly, he has participated in advisory legal services on sale and acquisition of companies and in financial restructuring agreements. Professor of Public Administration in the Sergio Arboleda University. Lawyer graduated from Universidad Javeriana. Specialized in Administrative law from Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario and with studies in alternative resolution of conflicts and arbitration from the Western Sydney University in Australia.
