Marcela Castro Pineda

Mrs. Castro renders advisory services in subjects of administrative law and administrative contracting, residential public utility services and financial law. Mrs. Castro has participated in several of the most relevant integration transactions in Colombia, preparing all aspects associated with antitrust clearance and successfully obtaining their processing. She is speaker in permanent forums and seminars on antitrust and competition law. Similarly, she has participated in privatization processes of companies from various sectors, in particular telecommunications, tourism and energy companies. Prior to joining the firm she worked as associate lawyer in the firm Arenas, López, Montealegre y Plazas and in the firm Bejarano, Cárdenas y Ospina. Education: Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, Bogotá D.C., Colombia, JD; Universidad de los Andes, post-graduate studies in Financial Legislation.
