Freddy Fachler G, LLM, specialises in corporate and financial law and is designated ‘best in his field’ (Chambers Latin America 2009). He is a member of the International Bar Association, American Bar Association and American Society of International Law. Mr Fachler has lectured at international legal and business conferences on project financing, securities, agency and distribution laws, and recognition of foreign judgments in Costa Rica, and has written for leading business and legal publications.
