Alejandro Antillón A

Alejandro Antillón A, LLM, managing partner of Pacheco Coto, specialises in corporate tax planning and real estate and hospitality law, where he is listed as “best in his field” (Chambers Latin America 2009). He is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Global Alliance of Hospitality Attorneys. Mr Antillón has written articles for The National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, for Hospitality Lawyer and Stewart Title Magazine, and was a speaker a the 6th and 7th Annual Hospitality Law Conferences, Houston (2008 and 2009). He holds law degrees from UACA (1994) and the Washington College of Law, American University (LL.M 1996) and postgraduate studies in international tax law at Robert Kennedy College, Switzerland (2002). His exhaustive knowledge of the real estate legal framework and local market has enabled him to spearhead changes in obsolete laws, generating legislation that meets the needs and trends of a current market.
