Max Ciccarelli

Max Ciccarelli is a partner in the intellectual property practice group in the firm’s Dallas office. He focuses his practice on complex intellectual property litigation in the areas of patents, trademarks, trade dress, product configuration, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition and antitrust. He also assists clients with licensing, non-infringement and invalidity opinions, patent reissues, reexaminations, and interferences. Mr Ciccarelli counsels both mature and start-up companies on identifying, developing, and leveraging the value of their technology and other intellectual property assets. His expertise includes a number of international disputes involving such countries as Mexico, Italy, France, England, Germany, Switzerland and Malta. Mr Ciccarelli received a JD from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1993 and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, with honors, from The University of Texas at Austin in 1990.
