Miguel B de Erice

Miguel B de Erice is a partner in the corporate and securities practice group in the firm’s Mexico City office. Mr de Erice has served as a legal adviser to the Mexican federal government and some of the largest domestic and transnational companies on corporate matters, infrastructure and privatisation processes, administrative law, communications, finance and technology. He received a law degree from the Universidad Panamericana in 1982, an Economics and Corporate Law degree in 1983 from the Universidad Panamericana, a degree in Fiscal Law from the Universidad Panamericana in 1984, a degree in Finance Law in 1989 from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and a degree in International and Transaction Law in 1992 from the Escuela Libre de Derecho. In addition, Mr de Erice earned a Masters in Corporate Law in 2005 from the Universidad Panamericana.
