Jorge A de la Garza is a partner in the real estate and corporate and securities practice groups and serves as the firm’s Monterrey office leader. His practice encompasses banking, foreign investments, real estate, immigration, foreign trade, international mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning, licensing and franchising. Mr de la Garza received a Masters from the University of Illinois School of Law in 1991 and a law degree from Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey in 1989. He is fluent in English.
