Brian C Dunning

Brian C Dunning is a partner in the trial practice group in the firm’s New York office. He focuses his practice on the representation of clients in Latin America and southern Europe, with a concentration in commercial litigation, international and domestic arbitration, and general corporate counselling. Mr Dunning also has significant experience trying and arbitrating cases in various fields, including construction, manufacturing, joint ventures and partnerships, product distribution, franchising, technology, securities, employment, insurance coverage and intellectual property. Mr Dunning received a JD, cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 1990 and a BA, magna cum laude, in International Relations and Spanish in 1986 from Tufts University.
