Stephen F Fink

Stephen F Fink is a partner in the labour and employment law practice group in the firm’s Dallas office. He focuses his practice on the representation of management in all aspects of labour and employment law matters, including advice and counseling, training, drafting and investigations. Mr Fink has an active trial and appellate practice involving labour and employment matters, as well as fair housing, civil rights and constitutional law issues. He also represents clients in state and federal administrative agency adjudicatory proceedings and in lawsuits related to those proceedings. He received a JD, with honours, from The University of Texas School of Law in 1974 and a BA in Political Science, with high distinction, from Pennsylvania State University in 1971. Mr Fink is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
