Boris A Hidalgo is a partner in the trial practice group in the firm’s Houston office. Boris A Hidalgo focuses his practice on general civil and complex commercial litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, in federal bankruptcy courts and before arbitration panels. He represents clients in commercial disputes, contracts, construction litigation, business torts, fraud, deceptive trade practices, negligence, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, personal injury, professional liability, condemnation, corporate governance, shareholder-partnership disputes and class actions. Mr Hidalgo’s clients include major corporations in a variety of industry groups, such as architecture, automotive, banking, construction, engineering, insurance, manufacturing, oil and gas, ranching, real estate, retail, seismic data, shipping and timber management. Mr Hidalgo received a JD from the University of Houston Law Center in 1983 and a BA from Texas A&M University at Kingsville in 1973.
