William M Katz Jr

William M Katz Jr is a partner in the trial practice group in the firm’s Dallas office and serves as co-leader of the firm’s securities and complex commercial litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on antitrust, securities, corporate governance, class action and complex business litigation. Mr Katz represents clients before federal and state trial and appellate courts, arbitration panels and administrative agencies, including the antitrust division of the US Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. Mr Katz also has expertise in internal investigations and the representation of audit committees. Mr Katz received a JD from Georgetown University in 1994 and a BA in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University in 1991.
