Peter Alan Lodwick

Peter Alan Lodwick is a partner in the corporate and securities practice group in the firm’s Dallas office. His practice includes counseling clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance, corporate governance and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and investigations. He regularly advises boards of directors and audit committees with respect to Sarbanes-Oxley-related and governance matters, including SEC and Department of Justice investigations, and counsels clients in the area of special committee representation. Mr Lodwick received a JD, cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law in 1980 and a BBA in Finance, magna cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in 1977.
