Sarah E Mclean

Sarah E McLean is a partner in the corporate and securities practice group in the firm’s Austin and Houston offices. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on equity and debt financings and mergers and acquisitions, both nationally and internationally, with significant experience in oil and gas related transactions. In addition, her expertise includes SEC Section 16 reporting; corporate governance; limited partnership and limited liability company formation and structuring; compliance with the Hart Scott Rodino Act; and national security reviews conducted by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States under the Exon-Florio law. Ms McLean received a JD, with honours, from The University of Texas School of Law in 1999 and a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, with honours, from Oklahoma State University in 1996.
