Jerry L Metcalf

Jerry L Metcalf is a partner in the real estate and banking practice group in the firm’s Houston office. He specialises in the representation of lenders, borrowers and privately held companies in a wide variety of both domestic and international middle market transactions. On the international side, Mr Metcalf’s expertise encompasses counselling middle market companies as well as individual investors on both inbound and outbound transactions and investments. He has advised clients on cross-border projects and export finance transactions in Latin America, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand. Mr Metcalf received a JD from the University of Houston Law Centre in 1973 and a BA from Texas Christian University in 1969. He is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
