Manuel Rajunov

Manuel Rajunov is a partner in the tax practice group in the firm’s Dallas and Mexico City offices. He focuses on international tax and business matters related to operations, expansion, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures worldwide. His expertise encompasses representing foreign investors doing business in Mexico and South America, as well as international tax planning for US and Latin America-based multinationals. Mr Rajunov focuses on the manufacturing, distribution, real estate, energy and services industries. Mr Rajunov is licensed in Mexico. Mr Rajunov received a JD from Universidad Iberoamericana in 1995, and a BBA from Instituto Mexico in 1990. Mr Rajunov is fluent in English and Spanish.
