Joe A Rudberg

Joe A Rudberg is a partner in the tax practice group in the firm’s Dallas office. He has more than 35 years of experience working in Latin America. Mr Rudberg’s practice focuses on international business transactions and he is involved in planning, structuring, implementing, operating and administering cross-border legal structures. His expertise includes the representation of foreign clients, both corporations and individuals, and their US and foreign affiliates. Mr Rudberg received a JD, with honours, from the University of Texas School of Law in 1971 and a BA in Accounting from Duke University in 1968. Following graduation from law school, he clerked for the Honourable Walter Ely of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
