Robert H Saunders is a partner in the finance practice group in the firm’s New York office. He focuses his practice on project, vendor, and bank finance; restructurings; loan securitisations; emerging-markets future-flow securitisations; and other complex secured and unsecured domestic and international private financings. Mr Saunders received a JD in 1981, cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was articles editor of the Harvard Law Review, and a BA in Economics in 1978, summa cum laude, and with distinction in the major, from Yale University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Following graduation from law school, he clerked for the Honourable Frank M Johnson Jr of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
