Stephen E Stein

Stephen E Stein is a partner in the intellectual property and corporate and securities practice groups in the firm’s Dallas office. He represents clients in corporate and intellectual property matters. He has been active in the development and licensing of intellectual property assets for more than 15 years. He also focuses his practice on technology acquisition, strategic alliances, outsourcing, electronic commerce, and privacy issues. Mr Stein received a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law in 1978 and a BS in Economics from Southern Methodist University
