Michael C Titens

Michael C Titens is a partner in the corporate and securities practice group in the firm’s Dallas office. He represents US and foreign clients in international business transactions, corporate governance, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, distribution arrangements and general corporate matters. In addition, Mr Titens has been involved in various international arbitration proceedings throughout his career. He received a JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1986 and a BA in economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University in 1983. Mr Titens is fluent in Spanish and was resident in the firm’s Monterrey office from 1993 to 1997.
