Carlos R Valencia

Carlos R Valencia is a partner in the corporate and securities practice group in the firm’s Mexico City office. He has served as a legal adviser to some of the largest domestic and international companies on corporate matters in the areas of foreign investment, joint ventures, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and licensing agreements, and is one of the foremost telecommunications law practitioners in Mexico. Mr Valencia received a Masters of Comparative Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 1981 and a law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho in 1978. He is fluent in English.
