Hassan Yassine

Hassan Yassine is a partner in the international energy practice group in the firm’s Algiers office. He supports clients wishing to do business in Africa and the Middle East as well as clients from those regions wishing to do business with US companies. Mr Yassine represents public and private companies and host governments in their strategic design, commercial execution, negotiations, contract preparation, and legal interpretation. He received a Law Degree (JD equivalent) from Algerian Law University in 1973. Mr Yassine is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
