Partner. She specialises on corporate, tax, telecommunications, energy, project financing and mergers and acquisitions.

She has advised international companies in project financing and security package structuring. She has led due diligence process for national and international companies and participated in the privatisation processes of Nicaraguan.

Law Degree from the Universidad Centroamericana de Nicaragua (1996); authorised as a practising attorney and public notary in Nicaragua. Masters Degree in Economic Law from the Universidad de Chile (2000) and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Cornell University (2004).
